Our client - a large western company is searching for Application Specialist.
Main responsibilities:
- Clinical Applications training for customers
- Promotion of applications training products & growth programs
- Deliver high quality clinical applications training products and growth
- Integrate Six Sigma quality in the daily operational activities. Support sales and services (demo, CSO, etc.)
- To conduct on-site clinical applications training to ensure that the customer can safely and effectively use the equipment maximizing image quality and productivity
- To support the customer to provide on-going customer satisfaction with the product, the distributor and GEMS-Europe
- To actively promote: sell applications related products, while retaining good customer relationship (software, Tip offerings…)
- To collect, analyze and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information
- To integrate Six Sigma quality in their daily tasks (Six Sigma trained L1, GB, Six Sigma projects...)
- To support sales and services (Demo, Congresses, CSO…)
- Know and follow established job specific and facility wide health and safety procedures, rules, regulatories.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Radiography( or local equivalent )
- Teaching ability, to present complex material in understandable terms, present a professional image, customer satisfaction orientated
- Ability to understand complex technical equipment, to recognize product problems, to analyze and communicate pertinent technical data relative to GEMS-ETeam spirit
- Sales / negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
